Mission Programs
Prayer Ministers - Did you know that there are caring members of the Faith family available each Sunday to pray with after each worship service? Whether you need prayers for a crisis situation or you wish to thank God for the joys in your life, a Faith Prayer Minister would love to pray with you! Just look for the men and women wearing a yellow “How may I pray for you?” button and let them know you would like a prayer.
Praying Together - There is currently a group of Faith members who gather together each month to pray about the various joys and concerns that have been submitted on prayer slips. This group meets on the first Sunday of each month after the Celebration Service. If you have something that you would like to have included in these monthly prayers, please complete a prayer silp and place it in the offering basket.
Stephen Ministry - Are you feeling worried, overwhelmed, or down in the dumps? Are you experiencing financial, family or health problems? Stephen Ministry offers free, confidential, one-on-one support. You can meet with a trained caregiver who prays with you and helps you to cope in difficult times. You can help support the Stephen Ministry program by referring friends and neighbors who could benefit from this program.
LoveMeals - Sometimes events occur that could make it difficult to prepare a home-cooked meal for your family. These events could be a death in the family, the birth of a baby or an illness. When a LoveMeals request is made, meals are prepared and delivered to those in need. There are currently sixteen volunteers who are ready to help prepare meals.
